SenaySoft is committed to providing a safe and effective learning environment. Whether for children or adults, we prioritize your family’s privacy and are extremely sensitive regarding personal information and safety.

1. Information We Collect

To provide modern features such as cross-device syncing, AI-powered feedback, and subscription management, our application collects the following:

A. Personal Data & Account Information When you create an account, we collect your email address and generate a unique User ID. This data is securely stored using Google Firebase.

  • Purpose: To allow multi-device login, save progress, and restore accounts.

B. Audio & Microphone Data (Speech Quiz Features) To use the “Speech Quiz” and “Pronunciation Practice,” the app requests access to your device’s microphone.

  • Recording: We record short audio clips of your Tigrinya pronunciation.

  • AI Processing: These clips are sent to Google Cloud (Genkit/Gemini) for real-time analysis and grading.

  • Storage: We may store anonymized audio samples to improve our AI’s accuracy for the Tigrinya language. We do not use this audio for marketing or identification.

C. Subscriptions & Payment Data We use RevenueCat to manage billing.

  • Transactions: Processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never see or store your credit card information.

  • Validation: We share an anonymous User ID with RevenueCat solely to validate your premium status.

D. Non-Personal Data We collect device models and crash reports via Sentry to fix bugs and optimize the experience.

2. Data Deletion & Retention

  • Right to Delete: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data within the app via Profile > Delete Account.

  • Outcome: Your email, learning progress, and unique identifiers are removed from our active databases.

3. Ad Serving Technology & Location

  • No Ads: Our app is designed for a premium learning experience and does not implement third-party ad networks. We do not allow third parties to place cookies or collect data for advertising.

  • No Tracking: Our app does not request or track your precise location (GPS).

4. Children’s Privacy

We adhere to strict guidelines to protect children. While our app collects an email address for login (typically managed by a parent), we do not use this data for marketing or tracking. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child without parental consent, please contact us for immediate deletion.
