By downloading or using the Learn Tigrinya app, these terms automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Use of the App

SenaySoft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Premium Access: Certain features (such as audio pronunciation) require a paid subscription.

  • Billing: Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the period.

  • Cancellations: You must cancel your subscription via your App Store/Google Play account settings. Deleting your account within the app does not automatically cancel your paid subscription.

3. Intellectual Property

The Tigrinya text, audio recordings, illustrations, and software within the app are the property of SenaySoft. You may not use this content outside of the app without written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is.” While we strive for linguistic accuracy, SenaySoft is not responsible for any errors in translation or pronunciation. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that access will be continuous.

5. Limitation of Liability

SenaySoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
